I have just joined as I am looking for info on fitting an Eaton super charger to an alfa 3L 12v V6 engine. I must stress that this isn't in the original shell - it's in the back of a Renault clio shell running a modified 2 speed gearbox. Regards Mike.

Hello and a very warm, welcome to TorqueCars from me the admin!

This sounds like an awesome project. I like your style.

I know some guys have used Mercedes compressors from breakers yards in similar projects, it's a good cheap way to source a supercharger. Where are you from and maybe we can point you in the right direction?

I'm sure you'll fit in just fine and look forward to Talking Cars with you. Tell us all about your project and your plans for it.

Thank you, I already have a supercharger but I am not sure what intercooler to look for. Hope not to have to fit water injection.
But would really like some info about what ignition system to use.

Hi there and welcome to the site. There is a wealth of knowledge on here, and although you might not get many replies or much off topic banter the tips you get are worth their weight in gold and I would take quality over quantity any day.

Theres not a lot of engine bay space, so how about a top mounted Impreza style intercooler on the bonnet?

I hope you stick around and add your voice to the unique community that only TorqueCars.
