thinking more on the lines of a K&N Induction Kits or K&N Air Filter,sport Exhausts?any thing else,not sure new to honda's had audi's before ty for any input

start with panel air filter with a big cold air feed to the airbox.
then change the whole exhaust

Mate, Vetec engines are bullet-proof. You are quite safe to put and do what you like. Only thing is don't neglect the cooling system. Low budget mods like K+N air filters and exhausts will make it sound and maybe perform a little better, and wont do any damage to your car. Don't know much about Hondas, only had my prelude for about 6 months and was away for 4 months of that. Didn't do much to it, the only thing I did to my Honda was drop a socket into the engin trying to change the plugs!! That was fun getting out! lol.... Good luck with her tho.

hi pgarner will do panel air filter (is K&N best 1?)what with big cold air feed to the airbox will this help with mpg and bhp,soz mate noob lol

panel filters are more or less the same. big cold air feed is fitting something like this

behind the bumper and fit into the airbox. plenty of cold air
