Hi all I am new to the forum,I decided to join because I am always looking for ways and tips to keep my car up there. I drive a Holden VN executive that I like to keep looking like the day I got it. Anyone else drive one of these :D

Hello Texasmoo and welcome to Torquecars. What engine you got? (Feel free to post up any questions in the makes forum and well do our best to answer it. I know we already have a few Holden owners here including a couple from way over in Australia :). The Holden forum goes in with Vauxhall and GM - sorry its a British thing!)

Hello Waynne:D I have a 3.8 fuel injected model it goes really well:) Also hello to you Prince and thanks for the welcome:D I was wondering if anyone here had any tips on getting rid of water marks on car windows? Any ideas would be awesome:)

Just try washing the windows with some soapy water and a sponge. Although, this time of year (in England especially!) your windows will keep getting dirty because they freeze like every night! The best advice I can give you is to just clean your windows on a regular basis, that way water marks can be avoided. :)

Thanks for that prince I will give it a go and see how it goes:D I live In New Zealand prince and at the moment over here it is so hot:( But if anyone has a product that they know really works I would be interested. Thanks:D

Microfibre cloths are brilliant for windows. (Many kitchen shops sell them for cleaning stailness steel!)

My main problem is when I brought the car they were already on there and i have tried a lot of different things but to no avail, Now I am just getting tired looking out the windows and seeing the water marks, plus I would prefer a clearer view;) But thanks to you guys for the suggestions, which I will try out and hope for the best...Cheers for that:D
