Run some BG44K through it and take it for a good long blast that should clear it out nicely for you.

IIRC these cars have never been particularly quick, best ask in our BMW forum and I'm sure you'll get some handy tuning tips passed on.

when was the last time it was serviced

Oh i dont know when last serviced. I got it last wk with 150k. Has a lil leak in oil pan seal. I am stalling it with some lucas engine seal liguid. Its wrkin. And can i service it myself?
