hello im jay im 25 and i from walsall in the west midds and i have a mk1 mx5 eunos 1.6 always liked the mx5 but would like i bit more power with out spending £2000 or £3000 on a turbo lol i fitted a de-cat pipe airfilter aston front bumper look nice will look better when i get a re-spray :)

Hello there and may I extend to you a very warm welcome to TorqueCars forums.
It is great to meet you and I hope you enjoy the forums as much as we all do and that you get totally addicted to this site.

A fast road cam an decent exhaust should pep things up a bit for you. You can also get superchargers quite cheaply from a breakers yard, an old mini cooper S or Mercedes unit should do the trick. Run it at low boost and you'll have made a fair bit more power without too much hassle (still need to sort out fuelling and mapping though!)

Do feel free to get involved in our other threads too, the more the merrier as they say and we are friendly (being friendly is actually a forum rule!:))
