Hello I am new on this site. I have decided to pop a new engine into my Peugeot 806!!! Why you may ask?? Cause I want to turn it into a nice little sleeper. I am after some advice as to what engine would give me the most power with the least alterations. Would appreciate any advice. Cheers

    Hello and welcome.

These two are mutually exclusive when used to talk about a Peugeot 806.
A whole new engine means more than just an engine. You will need gearbox, turbo (and/or supercharger), exhaust, fuel delivery (pump, lines and injectors), ECU, diff, suspension, brakes....

There will likely be more, that is just of the top of my head.

Are you mechanically minded at all? If so you will know all of that and the 100's of hours work ahead of you.
If you are not I highly recommend you research your local garages and talk to an experienced mech about your end goals and what would be needed to achieve it.

Good luck with your project, wave goodbye to your bank balance, and keep us updated on the work :)
