I have a Fiat Punto 1.2 SX60, what would be the best modifications to get it to about 80-100 bhp for a little boost without spending to much money.

sell it and buy something else mate. your asking for 20-40 bhp from a 1.2 its hard enough getting this from some 2ltrs.
straight through exhaust - no cats or silencers other than the rear box also manifold
panel filter, cam(s) and an agressive remap might see you close to the 80bhp

Sell it and buy a GT or do a GT conversion if you've done lots of other work to the car. You can pick up a batterred donor GT3 with a good running engine for £500-600 then sell on the bits you don't need or want to keep.

You'll be able to swap the rear beam from so you have discs on the back, GT ARB's if your car doesn't have them, better brakes on the front and even GT suspension if you don't want to uprate. ABS + PAS too if you want them.

On the whole the conversion is pretty easy and can be done in a day if you know what you're doing.
