An induction kit will help to the tune of 3-4bhp.
Also, make sure that ignition system is in peak condition, this is often overlooked.
A tank of decent fuel (not supermarket juice) and a can of Forte Gas treatment followed by some enthusiastic driving will help restore lost performance.
You might also consider a different exhauast system but these can be noisy.
Beyond that, non-turbo cars are quite costly to tune.

Alright mate, welcome to TorqueCars! £200/300 isn't really a lot to work with, my advice would be to save up a little bit more.
