This sort of thing is sickening. People don't seem to realise the consequences of driving recklessly on public roads.

A prison sentence will not bring that person back and I guess the driver has to live with the fact that a life has been ended due to their own stupidity.

To all my fellow TC members, we at TorqueCars totally abhor street racing on a public highway or drink driving. Please drive very carefully and responsibly wherever you are in the world. Leave that drink alone until you are safely at home and thoroughly chilled out and going no where.

Remember, all life is precious and the repercussions to a lost one means somebody's loved one is not coming home tonight.

Hopefully his 15 year driving ban starts when he finally gets set free.

Over here we seem to have some lilly livered members of the judiciary and would likely have received a lesser sentence
