Hello everyone just would like to know if anyone has had any problems with cpl racing? I ordered parts for my honda and was treated like they couldnt really care less if i was a customer or not?
That is really bad. It is sad that some company staff have a couldn't care less attitude. Sadly this is growing. The big name stores seem to emply people that have less product knowledge than the customer. Service does count for a lot with me and I will glady pay a little more if I get a friendly and helpful service.
sounds like every one mate not just your local one. i was more or less told it was my fault i put the wrong oil filter on the wifes car. yet had the box from them that had the wrong filter in it
