95 prelude

all new to this ,starting work on a 4th gen prelude,just basic stuff but could do with some help ,trying to remove very tired looking boot spoiler, removed holding bolts but wont come off ,i guess it s been stuck there for 15 years,dont want to force it ,any ideas thanks
