Hi guys, as you may have guessed...I'm new. Both to the forum and tuning.
I've got a 2012 Polo 1.6 TDI (77kW/103bhp/105PS).
I've had a browse on the forums and I was wondering what sort of tuning I could do to get a decent upgrade in performance? And what would I be expecting in term of gains?
I've noticed that from your comments on other threads that induction kits mainly provide an aesthetic boost rather than anything in the way of performance (at least without a cold air feed from outside).
Would a quick and easy fix be an ecu remap? Or one of these "tuning boxes" that seem so prevalent on the net nowadays with promises of "+20% gains"?
Also is there a Haynes manual or equivalent for newer models?
