Just need some input. Looking to add some power to my is, but want to keep it with in reason. All ideas welcome.

Hi and welcome mate ;) I've seen a supercharger set up work very well on the GS300 so not sure if that is an option open to you? And even seen a good conversion using the GS450H 3.5ltr engine.
 
I'm gonna stay away for superchargers, dont like the added strain on the crank. Leaning more towards the turbo. But don't know how much i'll have to upgrade the trans to handle the upgrade of power. As for how much, about 6 or 7.

Hello there and welcome to TorqueCars, great to have you with us.

How much are you looking to spend on the car? I would say a fast road camshaft and some head work gives the best power gain. A sports exhaust and sport cat will free up a few horsepower.
