Never heard of Spoon restricting power on the EP3 Mate especially the N1. When I fitted my Spoon B-Pipe the throttle response was an instant improvement!! I have been thinking of a PowerFlow TBH as the garage I use for my spraying etc is a registered trader for them and they build the systems...
