I do like the 4g63 engine , my friend has a dodge caravan with air con and all that gets 12.92 in the Quarter mile ,with a little help from lotus heads etc. Also similar to the world engine that is readily avail and (2.0 T)can get 400 + hp with stock internals ;)

I would say unless its a tent trailer I would want weight of 2,000kg and hp of 275 or 300 lbft of torque. Or half again the weight of the trailer in the vehicle. Kinda easy in north America lol.

Nope, Gasoline direct injection = gdi lol Both my cars have a 2.0l Hyundai engine . I think they are part of the world engine group of engines. Theta 2 I suspect the exhaust manifolds are the same pattern and head gasket I hope is the same to lessen the compression (turbo gasket) to not blow...

2011 2.0 gdi turbo swap

I would think getting bigger turbo's and a lager inter-cooler system might be a better idea !. More lag but more power also.:cool:. Easier on the bank book also. A 100 shot of nitrous might do the trick .:)

I have a 2011 Sonata 2.0 turbo and an 2014 Elantra gt with some mods . Just got the Sonata The Elantra is lowered with 18 inch wheels and defusers on the front and rear ,white with a partial wrap tinted windows and a kick assed stereo . 170 hp stock with a k&n filter

Well here goes , I have a theory lol. I have a 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.0l turbo Gdi. I want to upgrade the turbo and manifold ,maybe injectors and plugs to colder, and upgrade the cold air ,maybe a bigger inter-cooler. I'm guessing a remap of the computer also. Any other ideas would be appreciated...

Hmmmm ,then the turbo and manifold should fit also lol ?. I have a 2014 Elantra 2.0l gdi and want to do that upgrade :)

I'm gonna try a Hyundai , they use a theta (world engine) engine and are readily available for cheap ,. Also similar engines to the 4g63 engine so some parts work on them I hear :)
