interesting.... did the off the shelf maptun map work on that or did they have to make you one? I am not familiar with that turbo, did you need to change your manifold to use it?

i have a 100cpi sportcat in my 3" downpipe and it has no problems at MOTs. The exhaust note is better and i did get a performance increase over the standard dp with the standard 400cpi cat.

has anybody here have any first hand experience of kinugawa turbos.. i am sorely tempted by their TD04HL19T CHRA in my next engine modding session.. there are some stories/reviews around the net but nobody can substantiate the bad ones i.e. more like hearsay... these turbos have genuine...

at the moment i safely pull 1.6bar or 23psi at the moment... i already upset standard vxr lads with this car, remapped lads still beat me of course.. i have a pipercross panel filter with a modified airbox, i used to have a Ramair enclosed cone with cold air feed but it was not as effective...
