Hopefully there is someone who can tell me why so many motorists when in the left lane on a highway or city road with nothing but daylight in front suddenly and inexplicably change lanes into the right one when if on the highway all the exits are left turns ?.
I use the left lanes probably 90% of the time and can't help to my self when pulling up to the lights I pass say 10 or more stationary vehicles in the rt lane to be at or way nearer to the front in the left lane.
Over here we have rules that say keep left @ speeds over 80kph but it seldom happens and there is not enough police to enforce the law.
