I bought the car straight out of the dealer's in 2002, and it starts and idles ok. The loss of power was sudden, it happened form one day to the other.

Thanks for your help. I want to know if remapping the ECU requires further mods to de car, can the manual withstand the increase in power and torque? Do I need to upgrade the brakes? Any other modifications you would consider necessary after remapping?
