I'd want lots of interesting vehicles and a full set of garage tools & supplies so I can tweak a car forever.
Cobra, Audi R8, RS6 and a Mustang would all sit in the corner waiting for me to take them out for a spin.

, enough room for two cars plus 2 lifts, CNC lathe and mill, 3D metal printer, TIG welder, bead blaster, press, sheet metal guillotine and brake, powder coater, autoclave, band saw, kettle and microwave, armchair, sky, oodles of shelving and cupboards and a couple of huge Snapon toolchests. Enough room should be left for additional stuff.
