We're back

Just a quick update to say we are back online following a major power outage at our ISP's London data centre, which unfortunately, knocked out some of the storage devices.

We are very sorry about the outage, it was particularly frustrating as it was a hardware issue and out of our hands. We are looking at ways to avoid downtime like this in the future.

It is a relief that we are back up and running and that everything seems to be running better than ever.

I'm starting to hate web servers!

I sat looking at the Google search box for 15 minutes trying to think of somewhere else to go, squillions of sites on the web & I could think of anything! I have the same problem walking into record shops! :embarrest:

At least everything recovered OK. I've been in data-centres during problems like this, and it isn't very nice for anybody involved.
