type r civic Induction kit & ehaust

looking for a quality induction kit & exhaust system for my 2005 civic type R looking for reccomendations please

most induction kits give very little gain over the standard airbox. aem v2's have had several recommendations

There are quite a few performance exhausts for the Type R, again only the expensive ones give much of an improvement over the standard Honda one. Look at the HKS exhaust range as these are recommended to me a lot.
