Hi, I am planning to do a front mount to a standard S Glanza-EP 91 without changing the manifold and piston rods. Is it necessary to change those to fix a front mount inter-cooler?

Is your car a factory turbo ? if it is then there is no need to change the manifold and rods to install a larger intercooler .
You will almost certainly have to alter the pipework to suit the new IC.
