No Pictures Allowed

Hi. I must be thick but I cannot upload an Avatar or upload any pictures to Gallery. For the Avatar it says click your image and then click edit but a warning comes up as soon as I click my image and says that Im not allowed to do this. ????

The forum updates member permissions every 24 hours, I think you just missed it! Sorry!
