Need some help on the top end

my cars changed as i cant afford my old one. so iv got a toyota starlet 1.3 sportif . nice lite car good acellaration only thing is it tops out at 103 ..... some ideas to boost that figure a bit cause thats just plain not fast enough.preferably things that wont make me have a heart attack when it comes to insureing it.

If you want to increase the top speed you need lot more power, not just 3-5bhp from like an exhaust/induction kit

I hope it tops out on a track an not on public roads. Whatever you do to your car to make it faster will make the insurance go up dramaticaly.
