Ok so i finally picked this baby up, haven't stopped driving it since thursday
Spec:
225BHP 1.8 turbo BAM
Full stainless steel exhaust
Ap racing coilovers
18 x 9 bbs ch reps in gold with custom red bbs center caps
Misano red pearl
Late spec quattro sport grille
V6 rear spoiler
V6 rear bumper valance
Red reverse lights
Clear side repeaters
Aero wipers
Unmarked original Audi heated red leather
Upgraded audi factory head unit with Bose speakers

So, first things on the list....
Front bumper and bonnet are going to be repainted due to some lacquer peel from stone chips which i feel is really letting the car down. Once this is done i will have the car fully paint corrected to remove all imperfections and give it the mirror like finish i crave!
Front grille surround is going to be repainted in satin black to match the grille, this should make the grille appear wider and match in with the black headlight inners i plan to fit, giving the car a much more aggressive look. I will also repaint the lower grilles to freshen them up as they are starting to show their age.
The car just doesnt sit as well as i would like it too, i think the front can come down another 25mm or so and maybe another 15mm on rear. But first i need to remove the arch liner screws that are catching on the tyres. The current 225/40/18 rubber will stay until they start getting low ( unless i blag a real good deal sooner) at which point 215/40 will be fitted to gain me an extra bit of clearance. This will result in a mild stretch, but nothing too excessive, and the car will sit well enough to pull it off!
Power plans.... LOTS!
in the short term, say next 6 months or so i plan to fit:
Oversize Badger5 intake turbo pipe
Front mount intercooler
Forge 007 Diverter valve + relocate to cold side
debaffled charge pipe
Remove N249
Remove SAI
Install catch can and breather
4bar FPR
Aftermarket air filter
Boost gauge
R tech remap
Thats a pretty standard KO4 "stage 2" setup, and should net be a solid, real world 270-280bhp and similar toque figures.
Once the bodywork and engine are as above, parts will start being collected for a Big turbo conversion, the aim is for about 400bhp, which will mean forged H section rods are a must, tubular manifold, aftermarket inlet plenum, AGU big port head,Big Turbo ( model tbc dependant on a lot of other bits!) water meth injection, and a whole host of other supporting mods...
Iv said before that i had a keeper, and then got rid pretty quick... But Now i have somewhat tamed my impatience, and actually seen a project through to completion ( GSXR ) im confident in saying this one will be staying around for a good while yet.
updates will be slow, xmas is coming and all that crap but will update as and when stuff happens.
