Newbie
The name is David and I live in County Durham.
My current car is a Morgan 4/4 which have had for about a year now. It was a bit strange as my wife and I went for a week's holiday with the intention of looking at a number of kit cars, specifically the Lotus 7 type. We went to a kit car show and a couple of manufacturers to see what was on offer. Apart from very hard seats and a salesman who seemed to be trying to put us off (talked about just recovering from a broken thigh which he got when someone went into the side of the kit car - the side thickness being so thin there was no protection) we were sure the Lotus 7 look alike was for us. Then we happened on a Morgan dealer and everything changed. I have never previously bought a car on impulse but I did this time - and still very pleased that I did.
Previous cars include a TR3A rebuild, various minis with a variety of engines, a great Mk 4 Cortina with twin choke Webers and a Golf Gti Mk 1 with the Mk 2 engine, ignition system etc.
Cheers
