Well i registered from 2 years ago but i have to go the army etc...
and i just returned home last week.
and i checked my car [ Fiat 128 abarth :embarrest:] and i was like omg
whats' happened the car was in bad shape body was rusty
even the engine i can't get more than 100 km LOL
when i press full gas i don't feel the power
but i manged to sent it to someone who will fix the body etc....
except the engine so i have to work on the engine
but i am noob in this stuff that's why i came here to ask for help
as i have little money now
i want some good tips to increase power or anything

Welcome back .
did you drain everything before going to the army ?
drain the fuel and give it a good service - new filters (oil air and fuel ) new oil, coolant, brake fuild. then fill the tank with new petrol and slowly run it in again.

could be the petrol has went off with sitting so long

but how do i know my engine is working 100 %
like should i go and make test for rpm & hourse power ?
and if i found huge loss what sould i do

see if you can find a similer car to check it against, get it on a rolling road if youve got one near you.

if its a big loss post up and hopefully someone will be able to help you

Yup a rolling road test is about the best way of telling. You could try a 0-62kph run and compare this to the makers figures to get an idea but each run can be over 1 second out depending on the driver.
