I imagine the 525 would be similarly priced to the 323 and will have a higher spec. What sort of prices are they coming in at nowadays?

I've been looking at 1 to 2 grand but £3k at a push if I get a loan. Not saying that's the average price, it's just what my budget allows. I've seen some very acceptable examples at around the 1500 quid mark. Yep the 325 and 525 do seem pretty matched in price once they get older.
I like the sound of higher spec, more toys to play with.. but at the moment I'm caught up with the looks, both have their pros and cons, care to sway it for me?

The 325 is lighter and quicker than a 525. Handling is also a bit sharper but the 525 is a great motorway cruiser. I imagine the 525's depreciate more as they are larger cars and are potentially more thirsty. I think you'll get more for your money in the 525 really.
