car has been going absolutely fine then drive belt broke.had 2 tensioners and guide replaced now the car is sounding very rough and there is smoke pouring out from the exhaust.does any one have any ideas.p.s. ran the car without the belt to the garage.

Um... you ran the car with no cam belt to the garage? I'd say at the very least you might have some damaged valves. I'm surprised the garage repaired & left it that way. Did they take the head off at all?
