Hey there, i am trying to get hold of a front mounted intercooler kit for my a3 1.8t sport, but can only find one for the s3, any ideas guys?

They are the same car essentially aren't they, apart from the flared arches and front bumper shape at least. They are essentially the same car. Would a golf one be a better fit?

what sides you intake on mate,
on my bora its on the left hand side of the manifold (looking from the front of the car) whereas the TT and S3 have theyres on the RHS.

if its the LHS a golf / VRS one will fit should it with some modifications.
not sure about the S3 one as does it not have 2 side mounted as standard, but it might work an eliminate some of the additional pipe work as it doesnt have to go around the other side

Its definatly worth shortening the pipe run if you can. IMHO they are far too long from the factory. A front mount is a good idea and probably the best place to put it. Why they stick them in the wing I will never know!
