330 Diesel Tuning options

What options are there for tuning the 330 Diesel - this is a brilliant and powerful engine but I suspect that there are a fair few more horses to be had from it. Any suggestions - I'm guessing a chip and induction/exhaust modification but is there a better route? Do Diesels respond well to CAMs and flowed heads?

Chip is the easiest option and can give another 20% power if done right. Increasing compression ratio helps with diesel engines as does warming the fuel before injection. Not sure if a cam helps as diesel burns more slowly than petrol so you always need a long cam duration.
