ive had this vid bookmarked for a while and with having some spare time sunday i thought for the sake of 5-10 minuets id give it ago. even though my gears didnt feel in need of adjustment!

so i did exactly what the vid showed and today the difference was noticeable on my 40 mile round trip to and from work!!
so for the sake of 5-10 minuets i would recommend this!!! plus the best bit its free

Although they're not necessarily the owners (gender equality is a good thing ) they are the line managers of the owners and operators of such aforementioned devices.

And I also agree with private enterprise. A good vag operator is worth its weight in gold.

In short, if you've got it and wanna share it for personal profit, then well ?????
