I am thinking of having some head work done on a K series engine at VGK racing in Alicante. How safe is it to increase the valve size and what is the best valve size to go for. My car is a 2000 mgf I have had for 17 years.

I have seen on the net exhaust baffle to cut down noise that can be opened and closed manually anyone used one of these things? Kevin
