According to that article, 91 here is like 95-96 RON. and I didn't notice much difference honestly. I'm now going to slowly go back down to regular fuel.

If I normally use 87 octane, and I switch to a higher octane, will it do anything to my engine? Or will it just make it faster?

i think i found it! thanks for all the help, you guys have been an amazing help to me, to think, my first idea, (not changing anything but the engine to an H22A) would have been a catostrophic failure, to my current idea, Manual, type R transmission, B18C5. Now, It should all work perfect! (I hope!)

since I can't seem to find a '97-01 integra type R manual transmission, should I just go with a B18B transmission or would that not cut it?
