Hi all and nice to meet you in TorqueCarland. I've stepped out from behind the curtain into the lights to say hello. Been lurking for a while and finally decided not to be so insular and such a miserable git.:sad2:

Live: Sunny Anglesey in North Wales
Car: After being behind the wheel of a (BMW) Mini Cooper for 2 years, I recently bit the bullet and achieved a dream (albeit a modest one) and bought a MX5 - 2011 with folding hardtop. I have to say that I've never looked back and I look forward to every journey.
Work: Work in social care and in and out of the Courts on daily basis meeting the bad, sad and mad but some other nice people along the way.

I hope to meet you all in due course

Great that you stopped lurking and joined up to the friendliest forum ever although you may still meet some of the people you encounter in your work :amazed:

For instance there is a mad Scotsman who is building a twin engined bread van and some old pensioner geezer in OZ that still thinks he is a teenager and wanting more power when he almost needs a walking frame to get about :sad2::lol:

On a serious note there are some well read knowledgeable people here that are more than willing to help so don't be shy/backward in coming forward

Hi and welcome to the madhouse :)

Are you plannng to leave the MX5 stock or are you thinking of playing with it?

Both options are welcome here, by the way.

Hi there, I hope you are well. May I wish you a warm welcome to TorqueCars, it is a pleasure to meet you.

You'll find us a pretty friendly bunch and I'm sure you'll start to love and enjoy the forums as much as we all do. (It gets quite addictive at times.)
Feel free to get involved in our other threads, all opinions are welcome and as they say "the more the merrier"! (It's also great when people start new threads and discussions and all adds to the great debate.)

Keep us up to date with your project as well, we like to see what people are getting up to with their cars.
