i looked every where to get adaptors my my pcd is 4 x 100 and the type r alloys i want to put on are 5 x 114.3

hey and welcome to the site mate.
if you cant find adaptors ( which can put undue stress on the suspension ) try and get the hubs off a type r and hey you could also get the calipers, carriers and discs as well. cheaper brake upgrade while your at it

nope sorry mate, cheapest option would be to go to a scrappy and pull them off a rear ended one. just make sure you overhaul the calipers.
alot of the online breakers will overcharge for stuff

lol, sorry mate.for some reason i was thinking integra type r.dont know why.doh.prob for the money you guna spend on the hubs, carriers etc you might as well get a set of nice lightweight alloys, rotas etc for your fitment.Dont think theirs any point in doing the brake up grade unless your gunna be looking at massive bhp tunning for the car. Then i would only be only looking at braided hoses and a good set of pads.Your set up that you have now is o.k.Lot of money just so you can put type r alloys on.
