Hi to all of you, I have been on here a few times just looking for info on the 1.8 20V.
And on this muggy afternoon in May my Audi Mk1 has seized up...
Had the wheel off, crank turns less than 90 degrees, jams solid .
Anyone had a good rebuild done? I live in Coventry, West Midlands.
It was a 225 with the BAM in the bay...a dead one resides there now...it was a fun drive.
Any pointers are gladly received.
I got no driveway else it would be pulled out and be getting stripped down right now.
Any thoughts or bolts of wisdom will be gladly welcomed...
MG head gasket went after 7 days, this took me 3 years or so...
