Said to the guy you hit my car, his exact words were there a massive door at front with automatic closing door and service bays have loads of room around. There checking there cctv at the moment but I am gobsmaked taking my car for damage to get more of it, especially synther massive bmw dealer in the uk.......... anyone, mechanics tell me how this damage could of occurred and how to take this further

Hello and welcome |B

Your post may encourage both you and others to take pics when they drop their cars off for service or repairs as before and after pics will speak louder than a thousand words.

My dealer (not a BMW) when my car goes in for service etc takes pics all around the car to record any existing damage so there can be no comebacks from smarties trying to have existing dings fixed by them @ no cost.

Please let us know how you get on with the dealer.

Hello and a very warm, welcome to TorqueCars from me the admin!

I'm sure you'll fit in just fine and look forward to Talking Cars with you. Tell us all about your project and your plans for it.

Sorry to hear your problems, that is so annoying. Common things are jack handles falling against the side of the car, or things falling against them whilst they are being worked on.

Sorry I've not been around much, I've been fighting off a DDOS attack on this site. Hopefully performance is back up to where it was, or perhaps a little better.

Keep reading the articles on our site and this forum... you'll pick up loads of good common sense tips and don't be afraid to post questions, were all here to share our knowledge and experience.

We run a really fun and interesting car community and many have said we're the friendliest around, always ready to help out where we can.

Enjoy your time with us, post loads and feel free to ask any questions or begin new threads and discussions. We're always interested to hear your comments and views on our existing topics and in the hot polls.
