Hi The recommended battery for this car is 54 to 60 amps.Not knowing too much about car electrics I was just wondering whether the charging system would have to work harder to charge the 70 amp battery cheers

Hi Can anyone tell me if I can put a 70 amp battery in a 2001 1.8 focus. I just happen to have an almost new one going spare in my shed and the one in the car is getting on a bit. cheers
