i dont have a wastgate for my turbo its a A/R.50 M12 i just want to make like 4-6 psi of boost thats y i asked

i have a 95 eclipse it has wisco low comp pistons eagle rods arp studed head and crank plate with 150 shot nos and more.the nos gets me out of the hole but i do have a turbo to go on it.dont want much boost.can i run with no wastegate and still get boost at top end
