So what do you guys think about the Ultima GTR? 2nd fastest road legal car in the world and I think the kit costs like $40k. The best engine is 800 bhp but the 700 bhp engine costs $25k. So for ~70k you can have a really damn good car. I'm thinking of using different rims and doing a better...

I think he is referring to starting a car that is in your garage. A car randomly in a parking lot running is just plain stupid but I don't know about it being illegal.

Do you have/know of websites that have pictures of styled corollas? I have no idea what looks stupid on a corolla and what looks acceptable.

Where do I get parts like bodykits and vinyls? I know where to find rims and tires, but the rest?

The US, so no chance of getting something like the Alfa Brera. 8) Benz's are nice because there are cheaper used benz's; cheapest exotic alternative, imo.
