Hi wondered what upgraded cams I can get for my car and how much?

Your best bet is to either fit the cams from a 3.0 - this is quite a common mod so there is a lot of info around on J/G cam swaps or reprofiling yours.
If you get your's reprofiled don't go any more aggressive than 260 degrees of lift and 380 degrees of duration, even these will be slightly lumpy on tickover. Power gain wise I'd expect you'd see around 10bhp on the dyno, not a lot really.
What other mods are you thinking of doing? Try a company called Newman for the cam reprofile, they know what they are doing.

Ive had 3 pipe mod done and pipecross panel filter , cat back exhaust system n was gonna get cams n remap done pal
