i have a 318ti and want to know if you can fit a turbo to it without cuttin bit away. and how easy is it????????????????

Hi and welcome. It is never an easy thing to fit a turbo to an engine. You need to think about oil supply to the turbo, a wastegate, recirculation valve and then there is the worry of detonation caused by too much pressure. (A water injection kit will help with the latter issue but ideally you'd want to lower the compression ratio and strengthen the engine.
A supercharger is a lot simpler to fit than a turbo, have you thought about this as an option?
