possible donor car

looking at a 1999 beamer with a 2.5 engine that the car has been written off, big rear impact, interior is sound as is engine, how hard and mre importantly is this going to be to transfer everything over ? just rough guesses will do 2 give me an idea.

It can be done mate. Not sure what interior elements will fit but the engine will.

where would be the best place to ask ?
garage or modifying garage or bmw themselves ?

No idea where can you take near you tbh mate but I would take it to a BMW specialist if you can mate, failing that a modifying garage. BMW will rip you off and I wouldn't trust a general garage to have enough knowledge.
