New brakes!

It's a genuine RS so must have issues elsewhere. I don't even know if he still has it or if it has been resolved it's been that long.
 
I had a similar problem with an Astra Gte years ago. Kept eating driveshafts and couldn't work out why.
In the end it turned out the bloke who has it before me put the wrong engine mount on one side and it made the engine sit funny.
New engine mount and job done.
