Does anyone anywhere ever put gloves in their glove box?

Why is it called a glove box when there is nobody who uses it for this purpose. They are also a lot bigger than a pair of gloves.

What's in your glovebox?

Mine,
CD - No1 ladies detective agency.
Touch up paint

Spare bulbs

Nothing at all. I don't like to keep loads of sh*te I don't need in my car. I'm a pretty tidy person tbh.

I don't even think I own any "normal" gloves. Just a few pairs of Kevlar ones.

my glove box has a 6 cd changer in it this doesnt leave much room for anything else apart from a pack of air fresheners, a pen, my odb port cover, and a couple of pennys

VW clearly don't intend mine to be used for Gloves, given they've gone to the effort of chilling it courtesy of a pipe straight from the aircon system (before the air is mixed with hot for the cabin).

In it I have a 6 disc CD changer which pulls down from the roof of the glove-box on runners, which means you can't use the box for much else or the changer will crush them if you ask it to appear.I do however keep my vag-com and gendan engine check diagnostic leads in there.
