There is no such thing as disabled. These guys put me to shame.

^^^ Indeed! I always thought - quite incorrectly I might add! That disabled athletes at the Paralympics was like giving them something to do as a token gesture; How utterly wrong I was! I have been nothing short of astounded by their achievements while watching these games, it has made me realise that a disability is NOT a sporting handicap especially when you have the courage and will to succeed.

I take my hat off to all of the competitors and I salute you all
