If you could properly setup a cars handling which characteristic would you bias towards?

Oversteer, understeer or neutral

I would quite like neutral but with some lift off oversteer to correct things when it all gets out of hand.

Basically same as Obi but slightly loose but not snap oversteer which is what I am trying to achieve with the spring rates and damper valveing with the car in the suspension gurus workshop today.

To me neutral means that front and rear ends lose grip at the same time.
The front pushes out/understeers and the rear is loose/oversteer so they cancel each other out and if the car is running too wide then one must reduce power and or speed to bring the car back into line or if there is room take off some steering lock.
A sudden lift off may induce oversteer.

^^ A nice wish list you have there Paul, I hope it comes good for you but more importantly, in your lifetime ;)
