What essentials would you put on your next cars spec list when looking for a replacement?

Here are mine, Turbo engine, ABS, 17 or 18inch alloys, sports suspension, Climate Control, Leather seats, DAB radio, BOSE or similar speakers, Stop Start, Cruise control and 50+mpg average!

Mine is as follows

Leather interior
Petrol engine of decent HP
Decent factory sound system
Heated seats
Cruise Control
DAB Radio
Climate Control
Parking Sensors

Turbo is none essential as long as it makes decent power. In 30+ cars the RS6 is actually only the second Turbo charged car I've had!

It interesting what we consider necessary, 20 years ago ABS and power steering were hardly ever heard of, now you'd be hard pressed to buy a car without either!

My current car has pretty much what I want in it.

But my preferences are:
Leather-stops the dog hair knitting itself into the fabric!
Heated seats.
Memory seats.
Powerfold door mirrors-stops them being ripped off!
Decent sound system, HK or Bose.
Enough grunt to get out of trouble but not too much where mpg is affected.
Front and rear parking sensors.
Adaptive xenons.
Remote start.
Heated windscreen.

Finally a missile launcher and machine gun would be good, as too a rear facing oil sprayer for the tailgaters!

More than likely a petrol turbo of the tfsi variety i.e a Skoda Octavia.
Dab radio and climate control a must.
Leather or half leather would be nice.
Things like cruse control Bluetooth etc are not that important.

I like gadgets and I know the ones I like and come in useful for me.
Heated memory leather seats
Auto sensing wipers
I really like the remote fuel burning heater in the 75 but not to necessary in the next car if it warms up quick enough
Auto tinting rear view mirror
6 or more cd changer
Mfd I've got to admit I do like knowing how many miles I've got left
I like the idea of air conditioned seats btbh I don't really see it as a necessity

If I was buying new I'd go for a 535d M Sport Touring. Standard (SE) suspension, Sport is too rough for my liking. De-badged so it looks like a 520i.
