well, it depends, but on the first go you think what a idiot.
As I said in VWbeetele thread, I have a mate who is very well known for restoring the worst state beetles and vw to its original state, 8out of 10 are just a rusted scrap frames. You would ask why not buy a working one in bad state or at least not burned one, well he enjoys stuff like in this listing, but for us: Yeah right!!!!
